Sole Mare Mussels are fished in the cold waters of the Pacific Ocean. Our mussels are smoked naturally with beechwood, then carefully selected and hand picked to preserve their texture and flavour. Traditionally smoked and free from any artificial preservatives. Sole Mare Mussels are a source of Iron, and a good source of Omega 3.
