Sole Mare mackerel fillets are selected from the finest fish and hand-filleted to ensure the natural texture is preserved. The skinless and boneless fillets are a good source of Omega 3.
Preserved in 100% pure olive oil. For an easy lunch, serve on crackers with sliced tomato, avocado, rocket and a squeeze of lemon. Add to a green or mixed beans salad with onion, cucumber and tomato. Serve on Jacket potatoes with sour cream and chives.
