• What is the shelf life of Sole Mare?

• Can I microwave with the tuna in the can?

  If you wish to warm up a Sole Mare Gourmet Meal, remove from the can and place in a microwave safe bowl or plate. The can is not safe to put in the microwave

• How long can I have tuna open before consuming?

  Keep covered in fridge and consume within 24 hours

• Does Sole Mare contain mercury?

  As with all larger fish, there is mercury present in tuna, but testing of our product shows it is well below legal limits
